FlossPost is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped and there are no shipping charges.

How the service is delivered

After payment is confirmed, your plan and credits are activated within 24 hours (usually sooner on working days). All drafts, artwork and captions are delivered in your WhatsApp chat with us, where you review and approve them. A standard week of content is delivered within the week it is planned for, subject to your timely approval and feedback.

Delivery confirmation

We confirm activation in the WhatsApp chat and by email. If you have paid and not received activation within 24 hours, contact hello@srshti.co.in or +91 95678 04584. If we cannot deliver paid access, you are eligible for a refund under our cancellation and refund policy.

FlossPost is offered to dental practices in India, Australia, the United States, Ireland and the United Kingdom, and is operated from Alappuzha, Kerala, India by Srshti Softwares and Design.
