This notice describes how the current FlossPost service handles information. Contact hello@flosspost.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information used by the service

Your WhatsApp number identifies your clinic’s conversation. FlossPost stores your clinic profile, business details, authorised brand assets, content drafts, generated artwork, reviews, credit activity and account access information. Message history and conversation state help us deliver the service; session information protects our internal admin workspace.

WhatsApp conversations and demos

We receive your WhatsApp number, messages, clinic details and brand assets when you send them to us. We use them to set up your clinic, prepare the requested demo or paid content, and handle support. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and its own privacy terms apply. The website does not collect sample request forms or embed a booking calendar.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, operate your workspace, generate requested content, handle support and payments, maintain security and investigate service failures. Where applicable, these purposes may rely on providing the requested service, legitimate operational interests, consent or legal obligations.

Providers and international processing

The hosted service uses Cloudflare infrastructure, Meta for WhatsApp, Google for internal administrator sign-in, and configured AI providers such as OpenAI or Google Gemini for generation. Information included in a generation request may be sent to the selected provider. Processing may occur outside your country. Ask us to confirm the active providers and relevant transfer arrangements before sharing information that requires them. Provider terms and privacy notices also apply to their services.

Patient information

FlossPost is a business content tool, not a patient record system. Do not upload identifiable patient information, records, clinical photographs or sensitive health data. We do not claim HIPAA certification or provide a patient-data processing agreement through this website.

Retention and your rights

Workspace data is retained while needed to deliver the service, manage your account and meet relevant legal or security obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion; include the WhatsApp number used with the service so we can verify the request. Deletion may exclude information we must retain for legal, billing or security reasons. Rights depend on your location and applicable law; you may also contact your local data protection authority.

Cookies and marketing

See our cookie notice. Advertising measurement is optional. If an OpenAI Ads pixel is configured, it loads only after you choose to allow advertising measurement. It measures page visits for attribution to ChatGPT ads. You can reject it or change your choice in the cookie notice; rejecting it does not prevent you from requesting a sample or a demo. We do not report WhatsApp clicks as completed demos or bookings.
